Okay,as you know I have problems with active windows using the official IGO plugin.

This makes me think about the possibility to integrate IGO by going an other way.

Well, the IGO-files I am using contents the resolution of 800x430.

Here is the SYS_PC to this resolution:
[project]
name="igo8_generic"

[interface]
skin="ui_igo8"
resolution_dir="800_430"
maxzoom2d=6000000
show_exit=1
newalignment=1
minzoom2D=30

[rawdisplay]
highres=0
screen_x=800
screen_y=430

Stretch=0
border=0

[loading]
show_statustext=0
show_progressbar=0
background_startup=0

[debug]
skip_eula=1
disable_outlookpoi=1
render_without_focus=1

[navigation]
sim_speed_factor = 1.0

[tmc]
init_on_startup=0

[gps]
port=3
baud=38400
set_messages=0

This way it should be possible to just run IGO inside the FE without any resizing.
Running IGO in 800x430 you will have enough "free space" to put the media controlbar(bottombar) just on the bottomside of the IGO-app.

Maybe this makes it easyer to integrate IGO and solves some problems caused by the resizer plugin.

The problem with resolution based integration is that it will only work for specific resolution AND ratio of the screen.. I like your idea but i don't think it will work for most users as we are running a lot of different resolutions..

I think fixing the resolution problems is the best way to go.. it should be possible..

Well I have not thought about different resolutions,my fault.
This will only work if you set the resolution of WINDOWS to 800x480.
In this case I agree that the integration via plugin is the better way.

Yeah resolution suckes, thats why i chose NOT to follow Centrafuse's way of doing it.. In my car with Windows 10, i actually can't set my resolution to 800x480 for some reason.. so for me it wouldn't work and it's a bad pathway if the FE should decide which resolution the users MUST run with..

thanks 1 user thanked Admin (Lasse) for this useful post.
